So effectively, the Rock Star is really just an MX-5 in fancy dress. It does cost a pretty penny though at $220,800 inclusive of COE. But in exchange what you’re getting is exclusivity, given that just 10 of these will be heading for our shores, out of a production run of 220 in total.

Put in perspective, the Rock Star gets you as many stares as you would if you’re driving a high end Ferrari, if not more, while offering nearly as much entertainment for the driver, at the fraction of the cost. Fun for everyone then, just like how a rock star should be.
