Over the weekend of the Singapore Grand Prix, Ewan McGregor took to WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca in California with a bevvy of motorcycles from Moto Guzzi.

The ‘Star Wars’ actor, who is a long-time motorcycle enthusiast, was pictured on Italian motorsports clothing company Alpinestars’ official Instagram.

The actor was decked out in a motorsport jumpsuit from the brand and posing next to a Moto Guzzi motorcycle. McGregor is a brand ambassador for Motor Guzzi.

The actor is also an avid motorhead with a few vintage motorcycles to his name. Among them are four Moto Guzzi motorcycles. The most well-known one is perhaps the 1974 Moto Guzzi Eldorado Police Bike, the brand’s best selling bike. The Eldorado was designed with the Los Angeles Police Department Traffic Division.

McGregor is also friends with British TV presenter and motorcycle enthusiast, Charley Boorman. Together, the two have completed two long-distance trips on BMW bikes, specifically the R 1150 GS and R 1200 GS. More recently, the pair took their third trip on electric Harley-Davidson LiveWires. These trips have been documented in the ‘Long Way’ trilogy.
