Made in Singapore Hyundai IONIQ 5s are going on sale

OTR prices for the locally produced Hyundai IONIQ 5 will begin at S$189,800 for a Cat A COE model, rising up to S$266,800 for the top shelf AWD ‘Inspiration’ trim.
SINGAPORE
The made-in-Singapore Hyundai IONIQ 5s that we saw earlier this year at the Singapore Motor Show are finally going on sale, and not just as a limited run of “First 100” units. Four variants will be made available at launch, two of which will be COE Cat A friendly models with 58kWh battery packs while the other two 77kWh models will be classified under the Cat B COE banding.
Prices for the 58kWh IONIQ 5 models begin at S$189,800 for the "Exclusive" variant and S$199,800 for the "Prestige" trim, while the 77kWh models are priced at S$226,800 and S$266,800 for the rear-wheel-drive and all-wheel-drive variants respectively. All aforementioned prices are inclusive of COE, as well as VES A1 and EV Early Adoption Incentive (EEAI) rebates.

The IONIQ 5 models are produced at the Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Center in Singapore (HMGICS). They will be made available for purchase at both the Komoco Motors showroom and through the company’s new online sales portal at Hyundai.com/sg.
To aid prospective buyers in their EV purchase, Hyundai is offering a 10-year free battery warranty and service program at Komoco’s dedicated EV service centre with every purchase of the locally made IONIQ 5.
Hyundai is also introducing an IONIQ Care+ app which analyses a driver’s EV usage patterns and gives drivers directions to over 1,500 chargings stations scattered across Singapore. In addition to that, the app will provide users with charging and parking tips to help users ensure that their IONIQ 5’s battery stands the test of time.
