Range Rover Sport SV EDITION TWO offers four distinct design curations, and is exclusively available with a V8 twin-turbocharged MHEV powertrain

You can have any engine you want, as long as it is a 4.4-litre twin-turbocharged mild-hybradised V8. That is if you want the most premium-of-all Range Rover Sport SV EDITION TWO.

The new 2024 flagship Range Rover Sport variant, gives discerning owners the best of all worlds… the cake that you can truly savour. The SV EDITION TWO SUV is the latest addition to the line-up, offering four new carefully curated themes – Blue Nebula Matte, Ligurian Black Gloss, Marl Grey Gloss and Sunrise Copper Satin.

Customers can also opt for Carbon Ceramic Brakes, for improved stopping performance and weight reduction. With each curation, buyers can opt for their own preference of wheels, which include new 22-inch Diamond-Turned alloys with Satin Dark Grey, and the choice of six different colours for their Brembo brake calipers (eight-pistons up-front). The SUV is also fitted with enhanced aero, and a weight-saving carbon fibre bonnet. Along with the new colour choices, the SV EDITION TWO receives new carbon tailpipe finishers, exclusive branding on the front splitter, centre console, tread plates and puddle lamps.

SV Performance seats can be specced in knit textiles or Windsor leather, and in a range of colours. The seats feature integrated headrests, carbon fibre backboards, illuminated SV logo, and sculpted bolsters to ensure that front occupants are kept in-place. The front seats are 16-way adjustable, and come with a massage function and are ventilated for added comfort. The rear seats are also ventilated, and like the front, feature a more pronounced side bolster design.

For the driver, the steering wheel features pronounced thumb grips, a thicker rim and to ensure spot-on gear-changes, enlarged gear-shift paddles behind the steering wheel, with their one LED Edge-Lighting Technology. To remind drivers that they are driving something quite exquisite – an illuminated SV Mode button, where they can gain access to configuring the suspension, powertrain, steering, transmission and Active Exhaust.

2024 Range Rover Velar Review: Better over time

The BMW-sourced 4.4-litre twin-turbocharged mild-hybrid V8 produces 626hp and 750Nm, and up to 800Nm when the MHEV architecture kicks in… which is adequate, to take the SUV to 100km/h in just 3.8 seconds; and it punches it to a top speed of 290km/h.

The Range Rover Sport SV EDITION TWO, can be specced with specially developed Michelin Pilot Sport S 5, 275/40R23 front, 305/35R23 rear, which Range Rover claims, extends the car’s cornering capability, being able to take up to 1.2G lateral acceleration in the dry.
