V1NCAR EV, Official Dealer for Aion, Singapore’s Newest EV Brand

V1NCAR EV named the official dealer for Aion. The Chinese EV brand is set to take on the likes of BYD, MG and ORA

So, there is a new electric vehicle brand in Singapore. This comes as no surprise, as the EV race is definitely heating up. Aion, which is an EV sub-brand owned by Guangzhou Automobile Group (GAC), will be set to take its place among established brands like BYD, MG, ORA, and South Korean giant, Hyundai – all of which produce electric vehicles.

The first offering which will reach our shores will be the Aion Y Plus, a C-Segment electric SUV, which we understand from our sources, will likely arrive by the fourth-quarter of 2023. The Aion Y Plus is equipped with their innovative Magazine Battery, which is developed in-house. The ternary lithium battery is known to be relatively inert in the event of perforation.
