Part 2 of CarBuyer Singapore’s guide to new cars coming to Singapore from each brand in 2023

SINGAPORE

It’s that time of the year again, and CarBuyer Singapore has rounded up all the new cars that will make their way here in 2023. We are rolling them out in alphabetical order, and here we present the second part of the series.

As always, the cars are officially-imported versions and do not include parallel imports. Information here is collated from official sources too, and launch dates are subject to change. Prices shown are including COE unless stated, and all prices are our own estimates unless specifically stated.

In case you missed it, Part 1 (A to C) is here.

More interestingly, we will also see the arrival of the Jazz Crosstar, an ‘SUV-fied’ version of the Jazz with a more rugged design and a raised ride height. The car has already been spotted on the official dealer Kah Motor’s showroom floor, so expect the sales order books to open soon.

The current-gen Accord has not been a major sales success in Singapore so far, but Kah Motor is hoping that the hybrid will bolster its appeal here and take the fight to the Toyota Camry Hybrid.

Already seen on the Komoco showroom floor, the gigantic Palisade SUV gets a mild mid-life update for 2023. Externally, the biggest change is the new, more imposing front grille, while inside, the car is now a seven-seater (instead of eight previously), with the second row featuring a pair of luxurious captain’s chairs. The Palisade has also been given a substantial upgrade in terms of driver safety, with the upgraded Hyundai SmartSense suite of driver assistance systems now available.

Power and drivetrain are expected to remain unchanged, although being an EV, any power upgrades can simply be done via software updates.
