BMW World of Golf makes its comeback in 2024

Top amateur golfers from our country will vie for a spot at the BMW Golf Cup World Final in 2025.

SINGAPORE

The BMW World of Golf, Singapore’s premier BMW Golf Series, returns this May. Featuring three local qualifying rounds, spanning from May to June, this event will be hosted at three prestigious locations – the Sentosa Golf Club, Singapore Island Country Club, and Tanah Merah Country Club; the last-mentioned being where the BMW Golf Cup National final will be held, from between 4-6 September 2024.

Three champions selected from the BMW Golf Cup National Final will have the honour of representing Singapore at the 2025 World Final.

Mr Lars Nielsen, Managing Director of BMW Group Asia, expressed delight that Singapore will be among the 33 countries participating in the BMW Golf Cup World Final, in South Africa later this year. He also touched on BMW’s long history with the game, and highlighted the privilege for Team Singapore to compete on a global stage at such a renowned event.

BMW World of Golf will see 1,500 participants duke it out to take the honours of representing the country. The Golf event is supported by FootJoy and Titleist; both who will be offering those who qualify for the National Final the opportunity to personalise their gear.
