BYD with the help of EightX Lifestyle Group, expands its reach with new a showroom and dining experience at Suntec City

Oops… they did it again. BYD’s authorised car dealer, Vantage Automotive Limited, travel agent, Chan Brothers and EightX Lifestyle Group, are on a charm offensive to enhance the BYD brand experience in Singapore.

If you have been keeping up with the automotive scene, you may remember BYD’s earlier collaboration with EightX Lifestyle Group, when they opened their first concept, BYD by 1826 | Boat Quay, earlier in June this year.

The new 2,200 square-foot BYD by 1826 | Suntec concept restaurant combines a showroom, which is capable of displaying up to four vehicles, alongside a casual dining experience. Patrons here at the Suntec City outlet, can opt to take a test drive of BYD cars around Singapore’s downtown district.

Along with the opening of the Suntec City concept restaurant, other BYD lifestyle centres, all branded as BYD by 1826, have also been opened to increase the automotive company’s touchpoints. These are, BYD by DXD | Tanjong Pagar, BYD by SevenDaze | Balestier, and BYD by Mr. Seven | Hillview; with each location offering a BYD vehicle for test driving purposes.

In addition to further bolstering the BYD lifestyle experience, a new partnership with Chan Brothers Travel Pte Ltd, has also been inked. They now offer specially tailored tour packages, with BYD-themed travel experiences, both locally and abroad.

To help converge BYD’s curated lifestyle experiences, BYD Singapore also announced plans for a new mobile app, to present customers with the latest news, offers and special partnerships.

The current BYD car offerings include the e6 MPV, the ATTO 3 SUV and the recently-launched Dolphin hatchback. The Seal sedan, which is in the pipeline, is slated to arrive within the first week of September.
