Toyota’s bZ Compact SUV concept previews possible future bZ3X electric crossover model

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA

Toyota has debuted its bZ compact SUV concept EV at the Los Angeles Auto Show. The concept previews a possible future of bZ3X model, which would be similar in size to the Corolla Cross compact crossover, and slot under the bZ4X EV.

With an aerodynamic design coupled with intuitive tech features never before seen in a Toyota model, the bZ Concept showcases another possible vision of the very near future with our battery electric vehicles,” shared Toyota brand head David Christ.

Featuring short overhangs and a narrowed cabin to improve aerodynamics and ride performance, the bZ concept carries over styling cues from the bZ4X. Seating in the cabin is made from plant-based and recycled materials, and audio and visual lighting pulses around the cabin in response from its passengers using the infotainment system’s virtual assistant named Yui.
