BMW has officially introduced the new 3 Series Touring in Singapore; priced at S$368,888 with COE in 330i Touring M Sport Pro trim

BMW has officially introduced the 3 Series Touring in Singapore, with the wagon version of the latest G20 generation 3 Series going for S$368,888 with COE. That gets you the 330i Touring M Sport Pro, the sole variant of the Touring that is being offered here for now.

The previous generation F30/F31 3 Series was also offered as a wagon here in Singapore, but sold in fairly limited numbers. While wagons are still a relatively rarity in Singapore, the introduction of the latest 3 Series Touring is an indication of changing consumer tastes, with a growing demand for more unique models that can fit into their lifestyles. Lars Nielsen, Managing Director of BMW Asia, notes that “driving aficionados have been eagerly waiting for such a versatile model to come to the Lion City.”

The Touring measures in at 4,713mm in length, or about 4mm longer than the sedan, but otherwise, all other dimensions like width and wheelbase remain identical. The key appeal of the Touring though is the larger boot space, with the 3 Series Touring offering 500 litres of cargo capacity, 20 litres more than the sedan. The space can be further expanded by folding down the 40:20:40 split rear seats, with cargo capacity going up to 1,510 litres as a result.

In M Sport Pro trim, the 3 Series Touring gets sporty design highlights such as the extended M high-gloss Shadowline trim and the signature BMW kidney grille with double bars in black. It also gets standard roof rails finished in high gloss black, and tailpipes painted in Black Chrome. 18-inch alloy wheels with double spoke rims come as standard, complemented by M Sport brakes with blue-painted callipers.

Inside, the 330i Touring gets the same updated interior as the recently-facelifted 3 Series sedan, which means the new Curved Display with a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and a 14.9-inch central infotainment system, and an infotainment system running on BMW’s latest Operating System 8. There also M Sport bits like the sports steering wheel and contrast stitching on the seatbelts, as well as the option for Vernasca leather upholstery.

Power comes from a 2.0-litre turbo inline four that produces 245hp and 400Nm of torque, and the car comes with a Launch Control function for quick acceleration off the line, and a Sprint mode to add quick bursts of mid-range power. The M Sport Pro trim also adds M Sport suspension paired with variable sport steering for a sportier driving experience.
