Prospective buyers can view the VW ID.4 and ID.5 range along with other Volkswagen and Skoda vehicles at VivoCity’s central court until 14 Jan 2024.

SINGAPORE

Volkswagen Group Singapore has commenced online pre-sale reservations for their all-electric ID.4 and ID.5 SUV range. The Volkswagen ID.4 first made an appearance in 2023 at the Singapore Motorshow.

The Volkswagen ID.4 is an urban crossover SUV that is broadly similar in size to the Tiguan SUV, while the Volkswagen ID.5 is a coupe-fied version of the ID.4 with a much more steeply raked roofline.

The “pro” variants of both the ID.4 are equipped with a single motor in the rear that produces 285hp/545Nm while the GTX models have an AWD dual-motor powertrain with a peak output of 340hp/545Nm. All four models come with the same 77kWh battery pack but while the Pro models peak at 135kW under DC charging, the GTX models can be juiced up at up to 175kW under DC charging.

Customers may expect deliveries of VW’s all-electric vehicles sometime in May 2024. Early adopters of VW’s ID vehicles will also enjoy an early bird package worth S$10,000. Indicative prices (without COE) of the four models on offer are as follows;

S$129,900 for the Volkswagen ID.4 Pro
S$152,900 for the Volkswagen ID.4 GTX
S$139,900 for the Volkswagen ID.5 Pro
S$162,900 for the Volkswagen ID.5 GTX

From now till 14th January 2024, prospective customers and interested parties can get up close and personal with the ID.4 Pro and the ID.4 GTX at VGS’ roadshow at VivoCity mall. The pop-up roadshow will also play host to Volkswagen’s ICE vehicles such as the Golf 1.5 eTSI MHEV and the Volkswagen Arteon.

Just adjacent to the Volkswagen roadshow at VivoCity’s Central Court is Skoda Singapore’s own roadshow, which will feature the Octavia, Octavia Combi RS and the seven-seater Kodiaq SUV.

Visitors will also stand a chance to win Volkswagen and Skoda merchandise and lunar-new year red packets at Volkswagen Group Singapore’s very own mini Motorshow. So if you’re interested, head on down to VivoCIty Central Court 1 and Central Court 2A by 14th January to check it out.
